With the beans brewed to perfection, enjoy your morning coffee - just the way you like it in one of our pubs, fuelling you for the adventures that lie ahead. Or, take your coffee on the go - simply pop by with your reusable cup (we love this Yeti Rambler for keeping your drink hot for hours on end!) and get your caffeine fix before hitting the trails.

Don't have time for an adventure? It needn't mean you miss out on the brews and views! Work on the go, with our pubs equipped with speedy WiFi for those days out of the office - let your creativity blossom with gorgeous views from a cosy nook. 

 

Rise & Grind: Plan your coffee-fuelled adventure

Borough Arms, Bodmin

A quick espresso, or lazy latte - plan a pitstop at the Borough Arms in Bodmin. Situated along the Camel Trail, fuel up before lacing up your hiking boots to walk your way to Padstow. At 12 miles, this hike, while relatively flat, takes around four hours to complete one way. Ideal for spring, you'll pass through blooming blossoms on the Camel Estuary, as you trace your way along the old railway path. 

Short on time? With bicycle hire shops dotted across the path, hire a bike for the day and cycle instead. Perfect for al the family, you'll be sheltered from the road on the route while halving your time. 

 

The Globe, Topsham

Journey to the tranquil town of Topsham in Devon - just a hop, skip and jump from Exeter yet a world away from the hustle and bustle. Boasting a much-loved 3500 acre woodland just 15 minutes away, there's plenty of corners to get lost exploring. 

Bring Fido too - the Nature Reserve Trail leading to Exmouth is a pup's paradise! Or, take a walk through the town centre, with a guided walk through Topsham's historic heart offering insight to a forgotten past. Don't forget to drop by St Austell Brewery’s own Globe for a mocha, or morning cappuccino before taking a walk on the wild side!

Harbour Inn, Porthleven

Porthleven is a popular spot with both locals and visitors alike - renowned particularly for its storm-watching and annual food festival. Journey through cobblestone streets of the charming harbour, taking a leisurely stroll with your coffee in tow with a short circular route around the centre. Or, challenge yourself - stretching out the miles to Loe Bar and Penrose Estate, climbing ascents and tackling coastal terrain. 

Soak in the sights, feeling the warmth of your coffee mug in hand as you meander past natural landmarks. You could even take a short drive to experience the Giant's Rock and the serene Kynance Cove. Return to the Harbour Inn for a well-deserved slice of something sweet, paired with an espresso shot for the ultimate post-hike luxury. 

 

Rock Point, Lyme Regis

Fascinated in fossils? We've got just the place for you! Explore the Jurassic coastline, brimming with a variety of walks whatever your level. From the leisurely Lyme Regis Seafront Walking Route along The Cobb to the picturesque Trinity Hill, and Languor Gardens Walk.  

For a more challenging adventure, head to the Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast for breathtaking views of Lyme Bay and the surrounding countryside.

You'll be truly spoilt for choice. Situated on the front, the Rock Point is the perfect launchpad for exploring all the area has to offer. Sip your morning coffee, and plan your route for the day from the comfort of our pub.

Oystercatcher, Polzeath

Nestled along the rugged coastline of Cornwall, Polzeath offers a plethora of scenic walks that promise to enchant and invigorate visitors of all ages.

From leisurely strolls along sandy shores to exhilarating cliff-top hikes, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Embark on a coastal ramble from Polzeath Beach towards Daymer Bay, where panoramic views across the ocean and countryside await. Or, for those seeking a more challenging trek, Pentire Point beckons, leading adventurers on a journey through dramatic cliffs and hidden coves.
