To celebrate British Sausage Week in style, Gavin Roberts of The Kernow Sausage Company and Dale McIntosh, Head Chef of The Norway Inn, Perranarworthal have collaborated to offer Seven Days of Sausage Heaven.
Recognising the value in mutual support between Cornish businesses Gavin Roberts and the team at The Norway Inn initiated the idea to bring the two companies together to celebrate British Sausage Week which runs from Monday 5th November to Sunday 11th November 2012. The aim of British Sausage Week is to encourage awareness and creative use of sausages in Britain.
