The evening begins with a 30-minute

tasting of beers from around the

world chosen by Roger Ryman, Head

Brewer at St Austell Brewer and the

UK’s Brewer of the Year (voted by

British Guild of beer writers).

This is followed by an exquisite

3-course dinner of dishes using locally

sourced ingredients. Each course is

accompanied by a St Austell Brewery

beer recommended by Roger Ryman.

The evening will include a talk by

Brian Etherington, whose local meat

company supplies St Austell Brewery.
