Cornish Pirates’ hooker Jack Innard is our latest Player of the Month and here he is in action. Congratulations Jack!
Dual-registered with Exeter Chiefs and also recently named as the Cornish Pirates ‘Most Improved Player’ in 2016/17, Jack received his ‘Tribute’ award - a deserved case of Tribute Ale - following stand out performances for the team. This included three full 80 minute stints against Jersey (twice) and London Irish, before then being injured against Doncaster Knights.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – CORNISH PIRATES PLAYER OF THE MONTH
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and the promoter, St Austell Brewery Co Ltd, 63 Trevarthian Road, St Austell, PL25 4BY.
The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. St Austell Brewery Co Ltd assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
Every month, The Cornish Pirates' coaching team will choose four players who they feel deserve to be their Player of the Month and their names and images will appear on the poll, from which you vote for your favourite. A prize of one case of Tribute Ale will be made available for one voter, chosen at random, and the prize will be sent directly to the winner after contact has been made using the email address provided on the form. There will also be a case of Tribute Ale made available for the winner of each month's poll. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
All eligible entries will be entered into the free prize draw. The draw will be supervised by an independent person. If we do not get a response from the winner within the time stated on our reply, we reserve the right to choose another winner. We also reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the promoter is final.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with the competition and news and offers from St Austell Brewery and will not be disclosed to any third party.
