TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates are per room, per night, based on two adults sharing.

All rooms have beverage making facilities, digital television, radio alarm, hairdryer and telephone. Rooms are usually available from midday on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Children under twelve years occupying an extra bed in their parents room will be charged at £40 per night. Infants under three years will be charged at £20 per night. Minors under eighteen years are not permitted to occupy rooms alone. Small dogs may be permitted at the management’s discretion. A charge of £17.50 per day will be made to include dog food. The proprietors cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any visitor’s belongings unless they are handed to reception for safekeeping and a receipt obtained.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of £75.00 per person is requested to confirm reservations. Deposits are not refundable if bookings are cancelled. A charge will be made in the case of guests departing a day early or arriving a day late through transport difficulties to and from the Islands. The hotel will make all reasonable efforts to re-let cancelled accommodation, but if this fails guests are respectfully reminded that they are liable for up to two-thirds of the total cost of cancelled accommodation if the room(s) are not re-let. We recommend that you are adequately insured against possible cancellation or delay. Payment may also be made by Visa or Access credit cards.
