The original pub dates back to the 15th century, with stone flagged floors and oak beams.

As you enter, the aroma of freshly cut flowers and home cooking is enough to make you never want to leave.

Please note that all of our bedrooms are non-smoking.

Rooms: The Edgcumbe Arms has four en-suite bedrooms and one selfcatering cottage.

Bathrooms: All bathrooms have shower, WC and sink, with towels provided.

Description: All rooms are exceptionally well presented, and have recently been freshly updated. They are all equipped with hand made double beds, bunk beds and a singles (also with family rooms) and sumptious soft funishings. AA rated with 4 diamonds

Bar/Bistro areas, outside patios, A la Carte restaurant area.

Children welcome and special areas for well behaved dogs on leads.

Opening Times: Bar 11.00am to 11.00pm Monday - Saturday and 12.00 noon - 10.30pm on Sundays.

Food is served from 12.00noon - 9.00pm Monday - Sunday. Carvery all day Sunday.

Booking is advisable as we cannot guarantee tables will be available, although we do try our very best to accommodate.

Conference room: Monday to Friday £50.00 per day up to 5.30pm (excluding tea, coffee and lunch) Evening room rates negotiable. Visual flip charts available.

Boating: River trips run from the slip outside the front door

Fishing: Set on the edge of the Tamar river where there are plenty of opportunities for fishing

Gardens: Short walk from Mount Edgcumbe Gardens where formal themed gardens meet the beautiful coastal walks

Walking: 800 acre park land to walk through and enjoy at your leisure

WEDDING VENUE Where better to hold your wedding ceremony and breakfast than at the Edgcumbe Arms with beautiful views across the river Tamar. Will seat up to 40 for weddings, buffets and meetings.

Main access routes: Where we are: Set on the banks of the river Tamar and in 800 acres of country park. Main access routes: All closest main roads, rail and airports are in Plymouth.
