Self Catering apartments consisting of the following:-

Flat 3 - located on the ground floor with sea view from kitchen/lounge area. One bedroom (1 double and 1 set of bunks) Sleeps 4.

Flat 4 - located on the ground floor with garden views from lounge, kitchen & bedroom. One bedroom with twin beds and double sofa bed in lounge. Sleeps 4

Flat 5 - located on the first floor with valley view from lounge and garden view from bedroom. One bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in lounge. Sleeps 4

Flat 6 & 7 - two bedroom apartment located on the first floor with sea views from lounge and both bedrooms. One bedroom with double and one bedroom with double and bunk beds. Sleeps 6

Flat 8 & 9 - two bedroom apartments located on the second floor with sea views from lounge and bedrooms. One bedroom with double and one bedroom with single and bunk beds. Sleeps 5

Cottage - two bedroom cottage located on the ground floor (not part of the main building) with sea views from small patio area in lounge. One bedroom with double and one bedroom with single and bunks. Sleeps 5

Bathrooms: WC, bath and some with showers.

Just a 5 minute down-hill walk to Polzeath's amazing surfing beach.

Although our apartments are full equipped to self-cater, the Oystercatcher bar serve excellent meals and good range of bar snacks during the day/evenings. Breakfasts can also be obtained from local cafes in the village, should you prefer not to cook and just relax!

We have a large car park for residents/patrons use.

Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, and check-in is from 3pm.

Food & Drink

Food is served Monday to Friday 12noon - 3pm and 6pm to 9pm. Saturdays and Sundays, food is served all day.

A delicious roast is on offer every Sunday.

Where we are:Polzeath is one of Cornwall's most popular surfing beaches. The Oystercatcher is situated 150 yards up the hill on the west side of Polzeath overlooking the bay.

Main access routes:A30 and A38 to Bodmin: A39 from Bodmin: Bodmin Parkway Station 30 mins: Newquay Airport 30 mins

Directions: Take A30/A38 to Bodmin, A39 to Wadebridge and Polzeath is then sign posted
