It is a traditional 16th century building, and offers a choice of quality cask ales and fine wines, as well as an impressively extensive menu using the finest locally sourced food. Enjoy open coal fires in the winter months, and a beer garden set in a stunning rural valley, with a friendly warm welcome throughout the year.If you are arranging a wedding reception, a celebration or reunion, organising an anniversary or birthday party or simply looking for a place to meet we have just the right place for you! We have recently undergone vast renovation of the family room - which is now a light and airy space, leading on to the beer garden. Live music is a regular, and look out for our Sunday sessions.
