The Sheaf of Wheat pub is situated in the heart of the busy seaside town of St Ives, in Cornwall. Open all year round for food and drink. Licensed Free House serving beers, wines and spirits. Located just up from the Cinema, it is within easy reach of the pretty harbour and shopping areas.

Traditional Cornish family pub. Children are welcome all day. With two bars, a public bar where you can watch sky sports tv and play table football, and a lounge bar where you can sit back relax and enjoy our home made food.

The bar is open 11.00am to 11.00pm Monday - Saturday and 12.00 noon to 10.30pm Sundays.

Food is served all day until 9.00pm

Family run pub.

Our popular Carvery consists of prime rib of beef, succulent pork and juicy leg of lamb with fresh rosemary complemented by a large selection of vegetables and potatoes.

The Carvery is served Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 6pm and 8pm.  The Sunday lunchtime Carvery is also served between 12pm and 2pm. Booking is advisable.

We have built an enviable reputation for the quality of our diverse range of home-cooked food.

The Sheaf of Wheat always uses local produce wherever possible. We ask that you please remember good food can take time to prepare.

We use the boards to display our Best Value Dishes and the Specialities of the Day Please be sure to look at them.

Children are very welcome

We can cater for up to 70 people in our lounge bar – Christmas parties, sports presentations, birthdays, weddings, christenings, private parties.

Make use of our supper licence - if you have ordered food our supper licence gives you an extra hours drinking .

This is ideal for parties.

Fishing from local boats in St. Ives Harbour mainly Mackerel. Or shark fishing or deep sea fishing in Penzance.

Beer garden, large floral and shrub displays that are very popular in summer months.

Lots of local cliff walks and local walks to knills point and moors.

Surfing, Ski Jet hire, Canoe Surfing available from Porthminster Beach. Also Harbour front speedboat hire.

Parking - Local car parks available or Park and Ride scheme from Lelant to St. Ives. Tate St Ives is a five minute walk
