Built in the 1850s for train crews taking china clay from the moors down to the port at Padstow, but it seems much older.

Walkers, cyclists and horseriders drop in for refreshment as they follow the disused railway line, now the 17-mile Camel Trail.

The Borough Arms continues to attract people from all walks of life who appreciate the ambience and quality that we offer all year round.

David Chadwick and his team look forward to welcoming you.

Delicious Food, fine wines, delightful company.

There are few greater pleasures in life than eating out with friends or family, especially as our guests. With a feast of imaginative dishes on the menu and first class service in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, we'll help you make the most of the experience - and have you coming back for more. Our menu offers a selection of traditional dishes using local produce and we also serve a variety of daily specials, beverages and have an extensive wine list.

At The Borough Arms, alongside our welcoming atmosphere, you will also find we are well equipped to cater for many needs. We have disabled access to the pub and restaurant. The Borough Arms is able to cater for families with booster seats, high chairs and an outdoor playground.
