The Blue Anchor is an open-hearted and friendly pub at the centre of its community; you 'll love it. The pub caters for everyone. There is a large "L"-shaped bar with fruit machines, a juke box, TV, pool table and darts. This is where you'll find the younger crowd at weekends. During the week this area is generally a quiet home to conversation. At the other end of the pub there is split-level drinking and dining area.

The bar is open from 11.00am - 3.00pm and 6.00pm -11.00pm Monday - Friday. 11.00am - 11.00pm on Saturdays and 1200 noon - 10.30pm on Sundays. Food is served from 12.00 noon - 2.00pm and 6.00pm - 9.30pm everyday. We cater for all children's needs. All food is locally bought and freshly prepared. We cater for all dietery needs and supply light bar snacks.
