The Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality is designed to give managers and supervisors the skills to effectively manage their business through a combination of training and self study, resulting in a recognised qualification at an advanced level.
Course Length: 5 day residential training between 9:00am to 5:00pm
Core Units:
Unit 1: Profit & Loss & Budget Control
Course content:
Calculating sales and expenditure figures with a profit and loss sheet and understanding expenses, depreciation and net profit.
Unit 2: Understanding Your Market
Course content:
Applying the principles of Marketing objectives, focusing on key customer groups and devising a marketing plan for your business.
Unit 3: Motivating Your Team
Course content:
Setting and achieving business objectives by motivation and leadership of teams and individual staff members.
Including all Registration Fees, Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
