Incidents of workplace violence can range from relatively minor problems to very serious incidents, including physical abuse. The BIIAB Conflict Management course enables staff to obtain knowledge so as to avoid and manage conflict within their working environment.
Course length: Intensive 1 day training between 9:00am - 5:00pm
