The course is suitable for those who work in food businesses at supervisory level as well as anyone who needs a broad knowledge of food hygiene as part of their work. This includes owners and managers and those responsible for quality assurance, complaints and purchasing raw materials.

What qualification do I get?
Assessment is via a multiple-choice examination. Successful candidates are awarded the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Intermediate Certificate in Food Hygiene.
