The course has been designed by the industry to provide licensees and their staff with the knowledge and skills required to maintain a well-run professional cellar and bar.

  • Assessment is via a multiple-choice examination. On successful completion you will be issued the Award In Beer & Cellar Quality Certificate accredited by the British Institute of Innkeeping.
