(BIIAB) Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality

Why not take your Level 3 Award in Licensed Hospitality further and take that extra step to achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality.  A qualification that will enable you to see your business dynamics in a new light and in turn making it all that more profitable.

How long will it take?

Courses run from one to two days – 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Lunch provided. 

Course Units

Unit 4          Effective customer service procedures (1 Day)

Unit 5          Effective training and design delivery (2 days)

Unit 6          Effective sales promotions (1 day) 

Unit 7          Effective business planning (tbc)

Unit 8          Merchandising and selling (1 day)

Unit 9          Introducing a new catering offer (tbc)

Unit 11        Effective stock control (1 day)

Unit 12        Improving your catering operation (2 days - residential)

Unit 13        Effective employment procedures (tbc)

Unit 14        Effective accommodation controls (1 day)

What qualification do I get?

Once you have completed the BIIAB Level 3 Awad in Licensed Hospitality and then go on to complete four additional units, you will then be awarded the BIIAB Certificate in Licensed Hospitality. 

What does it cost?

Diploma units are:

1 day course - £100.00 plus VAT
2 day course - £145 plus VAT
2 day residential course - £162.50 plus VAT
