Holders of the Wines & Spirits Education Trust Certificate will be able to interpret the labels of the major alcoholic beverages of the world, give basic guidance on appropriate selection and service and know the principles of wine tasting and evaluation.
Course Length: 3 and a half day sessions between: 9:30am - 12:30pm
