Tyacks Hotel, a charming 18th century coaching inn is situated in the heart of Camborne town.
Once the hometown of genius engineer and inventor Richard Trevithick, Tyacks Hotel is over 200 years old and is steeped in local history and myth.

We offer 15 rooms – from standard singles to luxury suites, all en-suite and equipped with digital television, alarm clock radio, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
Car parking, internet access and a laundry service is also available.
Our check-in time is from 2pm however an earlier check-in time may be available upon request. Check out time is 11am.

The contemporary meeting room is peacefully located in a converted 19th century out-house building and holds up to 28 delegates. The room is fully equipped with an overhead projector, flipchart, TV, DVD player and computer link.
We can provide refreshments, meals and accommodation if required – please contact us to discuss your requirements.

The Tyacks day starts with breakfast from 8am until 11.30am. Choose from light yet tasty continental breakfast of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and yoghurts or treat yourself to a sizzling full Cornish breakfast.
Our tasteful menu is served daily from 11.30am until 9.30pm and offers a selection of homemade dishes that combine all of your classic favourites along with a few of our chef’s modern dishes.
Visit us on a Sunday from 12pm and enjoy our renowned carvery where you can choose from a selection of locally sourced meat and fresh vegetables.
We are pleased to cater for functions large and small – whether a birthday, reunion, wedding or dinner party we will make sure every detail is taken care of.

Nearby Beaches: Just 6 miles from us you’ll find Hayle’s 3 miles of golden sand. Godrevy and Gwithian beaches are perfect on a summers day.
Parks: Less than 4 miles from us is Tehidy Country Park with 104 hectares of woodland, lakes, ponds and cascades and 9 miles of footpaths to explore.
Heading westwards on the A30 go past the Camborne/Pool A3047 junction and turn off at the Camborne west junction.
Turn left and left again at the roundabout following signs for the town centre.
Passing in front of Tyacks at the roundabout turn left onto commercial street. Take the first left before HSBC bank onto fore street and immediately left again onto Trevithick road.
Opposite Argos turn left and veer round to the right into our car park.
