Explore St Austell Brewery's interactive museum and learn the fascinating story of our pubs, our beers, our wines and spirits and the Cornish families who created them over the years. Walk through the Victorian Brewery and experience the whole brewing process – find out about the secret spring that supplies our water and learn about the crucial fermentation stage. End your tour at the Hicks Bar for some essential product sampling of our award winning ales. It’s a tough job but someone’s got to do it.

Visit our off licence for beers, wines and spirits at special prices - or simply pop in for a coffee or for lunch in the bar.
