Adriatic Pale Ale 4.6%

Following his trip to the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing in Žalec, he first brewed this beer for the 2017 Celtic Beer Festival using three types of hops grown in Slovenia with its perfect Adriatic climate.

Aurora hops give the beer a base bitterness, Styrian Wolf is responsible for the intense aroma and Styrian Kolibri, a new variety of hops, provides this beer with delightful passionfruit notes.

This beer contains barley malt

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask. 
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
