Ardennes Pale - 5.3%

Brewed in collaboration with Harbour Brewing Co. and taking advantage of our beautifully soft water, Ardennes is the product of a mutual love of Belgian beers shared by Roger Ryman and Harbour’s head brewer, Stuart Howe.

With a hatful of internationally recognised brewing awards between them – including both having scooped the prestigious Parliamentary Beer Group Brewer of the Year accolade – Roger and Stuart know how to make a beautifully balanced brew and Ardennes is a fine case in point.

Fermented with Ardennes yeast, one of the great and versatile strains for the production of classic Belgian style ales, the end result is a beautiful balance of delicate fruit esters and subtle spicy notes. We could go on, but one taste and you’ll get where we’re coming from.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
