The inaugural Brewstock festival has been hailed a major success, with more than 500 revellers making their way to our Visitor Centre to take in great local sounds and sample the delights of the Hicks Bar.
Ten live acts and 25 local ales went down a treat with music and beer lovers from across the county and beyond.
Speaking after the event, organiser and Visitor Centre Manager Will Nash said, “We’re thrilled at how well Brewstock has gone down. Getting the first of any event up and running is always tough ad now we’ve got a fantastic benchmark to make next year’s outing bigger, better and louder to raise even more money for charity.”
While a date has yet to be set for next year’s event, music and ale lovers will be delighted to hear that the Brewery’s annual Celtic Beer Festival (CBF) date has been announced. Last year’s event raised over £35k for charity and this year, being the 20th anniversary bash, looks set to raise even more on Saturday November 24th.
CBF details and more information about bands and beers to be released over the next few weeks.
