As a classic English ale, Liquid Sunshine is made using homegrown Cornish Maris Otter malt. Balanced by a deliciously fruity grapefruit and orange kick from new world Nugget, Cascade and Centenniel hops from the USA alongside flavoursome Australian Galaxy hops, the ale is skilfully crafted to create a beautifully balanced summer brew, perfect for drinking in the sunshine at a sessionable 3.9% ABV.
Launched back in 2009 and one of the Brewery’s perennially popular seasonal ales, Liquid Sunshine is now pouring at pubs across the South West for the season. As head brewer Roger Ryman himself puts it, “This light, cool, thirst quenching drink is ideal for those who need a spot of proper refreshment in the summer heat.”
