BEER & CELLAR QUALITY CERTIFICATE

The course has been designed by the industry to provide licensees and their staff with the knowledge and skills required to maintain a well-run professional cellar and bar. The assessment is via a multiple-choice examination. On successful completion you will be issued the Award in Beer & Cellar Quality Certificate accredited by the British Institute of Innkeeping.

COURSE CONTENT

Line cleaning, bar and cellar hygiene, product knowledge, cask & keg ale, ventilation, temperature & conditioning, dispense systems and gasses, cooling equipment, deliveries, wastage, glass washing, pouring the perfect pint, bottled beers and changing kegs.

This course runs over one day 9.00am to 5.00pm. A complementary light lunch is provided. Price - £135 including VAT.
