CF218 4.5%

The second of two Small Batch beers brewed in partnership with our hop supplier, Charles Faram.

They’re a celebration of two companies with a history of over 150 years with both honouring their heritage whilst embracing the future of beer. Brewed with
Jason Little, Sales Manager at Charles Faram, the hops used in these two beers come from their hop development programme.

As yet unnamed, they were selected because they stood out in the field for having enormous potential and aroma. CF185 & CF218
were brewed to the same recipe to test the different hop varieties. Initial findings of the CF218 hops indicate orange, lemon and
blackcurrant notes.

We look forward to hearing your feedback as it will help Charles Faram and us develop the new hop varieties.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
