Hand of Midas

Brewed by Benji White, Hand of Midas is a hazy and golden Belgian-style wheat beer. Inspired by the Ancient Greek King Midas, famous for carrying a curse that turned anything he touched to pure gold. This wheat beer is brewed with a base of oats, dextrin, naked golden oats and wheats, providing the beer with body and depth in every mouthful. Olicana, Mosaic and Azacca hops provide spiced, tropical aromas, and the addition of fresh mangoes, ginger and lime zest will leave you pining for more.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
