Hop In The Dock - 4.5%

Hop In The Dock was brewed by Adam Lumb, a brewer who has been with St Austell Brewery for six years. This English Ale is amber in colour from the 50/50 blend of two classic malts used here at St Austell Brewery. Maris Otter Pale and our unique Cornish Gold malts.

Coupled with the 4.5% abv, this gives the beer a solid backbone and structure that allows the experimental hop that is still un-named and only referred to as CF190, to show us what it’s got! From early indications, descriptors have included cherry, pine, vanilla and peach but please tell us what you think.lts.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
