This Session IPA uses Maris Otter malt for a clean and crisp beer along with three big and punchy flavoured hops that blend together to create a perfect harmony.

First brewed for the Celtic Beer Festival 2016 by Simon Mathews, one of our Brewhouse Shift Leaders, it was a great hit and he’s brewed it once again to celebrate 20 years at the brewery.

This beer contains barley malt

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask. 
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
