The Royal Standard stands in a prominent position just on the main road in Hayle. The town itself has undergone much development and is surrounded
by holiday parks and glorious golden sands. The trading profile varies throughout the year with a local wet trade through the winter based around Sports and teams. Due to the holiday location the Royal Standard benefits from a seasonal uplift and although it does not offer food now there is an opportunity to develop a traditional based food offer. The site over the years has developed a strong local drinking trade and a great reputation for its beers with our current tenants winning St Austell brewery best beer house 2018 at our annual awards.

The trade area is open plan but has two sections, a pool area and a bar area. There is also a section that houses the darts board (as indicated the site over the years has developed strong team activities in local leagues).
