The Seven Stars was originally purpose-built as an extension to a farmhouse, to serve the drinking needs of local tin miners at the end of the 19th century.
The original bar and lounge (note the separate twin doors, still in operation) have been opened out to form one L-shaped, drinking area, while a more modern extension towards the rear houses the pool table.
