Maris Otter, Amber, Crystal and Chocolate malts all work together to give this delicious brew a dark, malty base the combination of Perle, Admiral and Simcoe hops adds complexity and an earthy fruitiness to the flavour.

And for that extra special winter spirit, a generous helping of nutmeg, cassia, raisins, cinnamon and coriander make this brew a perfect partner to a slice of Christmas cake.
