With a Maris Otter base, Crystal and Double Roasted Crystal malts give the beer sweet caramel notes and the English hops are added for a rounded and balanced bitterness.

Affectionately named after our boiler men from yesteryear who used to nip off for a ‘nice cup of Rosie’ …yeah, sure! And since no cup of tea - or classic English ale - would be complete without a spoon full of sugar, Demerara was added to the boil for added sweetness and a delicious lingering taste.
