Rye The Long Face - 4.7%

Rye the long face somehow seemed like the only logical name for a Rye beer! Paradoxically, it was Brewed by brewing Team leader Rob Orton who rarely has a long face - especially when let loose in the small batch, dreaming of new ideas!

Bringing together Malted and Crystal Rye with Maris otter and malted wheat forms a distinctive, spicy malt backbone to the brew and gives it a unique, burnt orange hue.

Coupled with NZ hops, this delicious rye beer is a classic example of how the small batch brewery and beer club allow us to use our knowledge and passion to experiment with ingredients and craft different and distinctive beer flavours for our customers.

This beer contains barley malt

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask. 
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
