Sauvignon Blonde 4.3%

This single hopped beer with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hop has Maris Otter, Wheat and Vienna malt that makes it a beautiful blonde with flavour and body.

Brewed by Lee Reed-Bennett, who joined the brewing department a year ago having worked in the bottling department and Visitor Centre, this single hopped ale showcases the incredible Nelson Sauvin hop, that gives it a smooth bitter taste and the aroma of tropical fruit, mango, lychee, gooseberry and white wine; similar to its name sake Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
