Seven Cs and Rye 4.7% abv

Brewed with Crystal Rye malt for colour, it has a dry, crisp taste and is filled with lashings of hops beginning with the letter ‘C’. Chinook, Cluster, Centennial, Cascade, the ever popular Citra from the USA for huge citrus and fruit flavours, Challenger from the UK for apricot and marmalade notes and Celeia from Slovenia.

This beer is one for hop lovers but isn’t just another over-hopped IPA. Like the evening sun, this ale has glowing burnt orange and red hues and the fruit aromas and flavours balance the dry and bitter finish leaving you intrigued and wanting more.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
