The Fifth Amendment - 5.2%

The Fifth Amendment was brewed by St Austell Brewery Cask Co-ordinator, Bryan Day.

Distinctively amber in colour this American style ale uses the finest Maris Otter, Crystal and Oat malts combined with American hops and yeast.

The highly distinctive backbone of malt biscuit and blackcurrant flavour leads through to orange, citrus and tropical fruits that although not too sweet will leave you with a lingering desire for more.

The beer, as its name, will have to take the fifth and leave you to decide whether it should receive presidential approval!

This beer contains barley malt

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask.  As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
