When the Tide Goes Out 3.5%

Brewer Tom Wallace has created this full-bodied red ale that’s made hand-picked Cornish seaweed from the Lizard Peninsula.
It was added directly to the mash tun with a blend of malts, including Crystal, Dextrin, Rye, Wheat and Oats. The seaweed provides
layers of complex flavours which aid the low ABV and gives it subtle hints of sea salt.
Classic English hops Goldings and Challenger combine for a full-bodied and rounded bitterness that perfectly complement the tongue-tingling salty finish of this unique brew.

St Austell cask ales, in line with the vast majority of other cask ales produced in the UK, are clarified by the addition of isinglass finings to the beer in the cask. 
As isinglass finings are derived from fish collagen, cask ales are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
