This course is for candidates who have completed the intermediate level certificate or who are at a supervisory level in the licensed trade. The course provides core knowledge of the wide range of wines and spirits around the world to equip those in a supervisory capacity with the authority and confidence to make informed decisions regarding the purchase and supply of wines.

The assessment is a multiple choice exam, short answer questions and a blind taste test. This course runs over six full days 9.00am to 5.00pm. A complementary light lunch is provided. Price - £480 including VAT.
