St Austell Brewery and Eden Sessions Competition Terms and Conditions By entering this giveaway, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Entrants must be aged 18 and over. Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom. The competition is not open to employees of St Austell Brewery or the Eden Project and their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.

Entry Period: Entries close at midnight on 30/06/2026 at 11:59pm BST. Entries submitted after the entry period will not be considered.

Entry Method: To enter, participants must follow the instructions stated in the giveaway post. Entry for this competition is free, and no purchase is necessary. There is no limit on entries for this competition.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced by 02/07/2026 on the original post and will also be notified via direct message if possible. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after notification, St Austell Brewery reserves the right to draw a new winner. If the winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be contacted via email for correspondence about the prize. The winner will be added to the guest list for the event and therefore will not receive any physical tickets.

Prize: The prize consists of two Sessions Plus Experience Platform tickets to The Maccabees on Saturday 11 July 2026 and a stay in a double room at the Pier House (Charlestown, PL25 3NJ) on Saturday 11th July 2026 with taxi transport to and from the concert.

The Sessions Plus Experience Platform tickets include:

• Two gig tickets with access to the Sessions Plus Viewing Platform: an exclusive raised outdoor area with very limited capacity (standing only), offering a dedicated private bar and separate toilet facilities
• Priority parking for easy access before and after the show
• A dedicated fast-track Sessions Plus check-in desk at the Visitor Centre
• Commemorative Sessions laminate and lanyard
• Complimentary Prosecco upon arrival
• Delicious street food and light bites pre-show (served until 8.30pm)
• Two drinks tokens and an Eden Sessions cup per person.
• Access to a Sessions Plus lounge from 4pm until midnight, which includes a pay bar before the show – and after, where you can relax and enjoy a traditional Cornish pasty on the house
• Access to the Eden Project for the day of the show and the day after – please note: Any children attending must be aged 12 years or over.
• Guestlist check-in desk at the Visitor Centre.
• The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Privacy: The winner’s full name, email address, postal address and contact number may be required to process the prize and send booking details. Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Eden Project and St Austell Brewery’s privacy policy.

General Terms: St Austell Brewery reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

Automated entries will not be accepted.

St Austell Brewery accepts no responsibility or liability if the event is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled, curtailed, or altered for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of government, or public health issues.

In such circumstances, no cash alternative, replacement prize or compensation will be offered by St Austell Brewery.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all decisions made by St Austell Brewery and the Eden Project are final and binding.
