Tribute Trail Full Terms & Conditions

 Promoter: This promotion is operated by St Austell Brewery Company Limited (company number 00107021), whose registered office and trading address is 63 Trevarthian Road, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 4BY. References to “St Austell Brewery” or “the Promoter” in these Terms & Conditions mean St Austell Brewery Company Limited.

Tribute Trial conditions

• One trail sticker will be issued per person and per map for each participating pub, with the purchase of one pint of Tribute. Only one sticker may be collected from each participating pub, per pint and per map.
• Stickers must be collected from 10 different participating pubs to qualify for the complimentary pint. The complimentary pint of Tribute is redeemable at the participating pub where the 10th qualifying sticker is collected, and this then continues again until all 157 pubs have been visited.
• Completed trail maps must be returned to St Austell Brewery via post at the milestones of 50, 100 and 160 pubs, in accordance with the instructions provided on our website to receive the specified monetary vouchers associated with the milestones. Instructions on returning your map will be emailed to you on contacting tributetrail@staustellbrewery.co.uk. On emailing us, we will be in touch within 5 working days, with instructions on how to post your full map to us for adjudication.
• Lost, damaged or incomplete trail maps cannot be replaced. It the responsibility of Trail Map Holder to send and track the postage of their map, when redeeming the prize.
• Promotion is valid only during the advertised promotional period and at participating pubs and cannot be redeemed in line with any other promotional offer.
• All monetary St Austell Brewery vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.

Responsible Drinking

• Participants are not required to consume alcohol to complete the promotion within any specific timeframe. The promoter encourages participants to visit venues over a period of time and supports responsible drinking at all times.
• Participating landlords, licensees and pub management reserve the right to refuse service, withhold stickers or refuse redemption of the complimentary pint where they reasonably believe the promotion is being misused or where required under licensing legislation.
• Challenge 25 may be operated when purchasing any alcohol at any St Austell Brewery premises. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. St Austell Brewery and participating pubs promote responsible drinking. St Austell Brewery reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

 Eligibility

• Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of St Austell Brewery, participating pubs, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

• Entries and sticker collection are valid only between the stated start and end dates of the promotion. Stickers collected outside of the promotion period will not be accepted.

Participating Venues

• Only pubs listed as participating venues on the official Tribute Trail website are eligible for sticker collection and redemption. Participating venues may change during the promotion period without notice.
• For any sites that are closed/ permanently closed for business at the time of completion of the trail, it is the discretion of St Austell Brewery Limited to honour the completed map.
• Complimentary pints, and other promotional items are subject to availability. No alternative product, cash payment, or compensation will be offered where stock has been exhausted.

Verification

• The promoter reserves the right to verify all trail maps and supporting information submitted. Proof of purchase may be requested. Any fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or tampered trail maps will be disqualified.

Travel and Personal Costs

• Participants are responsible for all costs associated with participation in the promotion, including travel, accommodation, food, and drink purchases, except where expressly stated otherwise.

Licensing and Service

All alcohol sales and service remain subject to the licensing laws of the premises and the discretion of venue management. Completion of the trail does not guarantee service of alcohol.

Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. Information will be used solely for the administration of the promotion unless participants have separately consented to marketing communications.

Publicity

By accepting a promotional prize, participants may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Participation in such publicity is voluntary.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, or expense arising from participation in the promotion except where caused by the promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

The promoter shall not be responsible for any failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public health restrictions, venue closures, transportation disruption, or supplier failures.

Disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the promotion or who breaches these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Responsible drinking

Participants should never drive under the influence of alcohol. The promoter strongly encourages the use of designated drivers, public transport, taxis, or other safe travel arrangements when visiting participating venues.
