Taste of the South West
Big local flavours, low food miles.

CHAMPIONING THE BEST OF OUR REGION
We’re passionate about using South West grown, reared and landed produce and build deep relationships with those who produce that food. We support partners who honour sustainability and employ and train expert chefs to create high-quality, beautiful dishes.

Local produce, lovingly made
We believe great food starts close to home. That’s why we carefully select trusted local suppliers to bring the taste of the South West to your plate. From farm-fresh vegetables to artisan cheeses and sustainably sourced meats, every ingredient tells a story of quality, care, and our close-knit community. By choosing local, we’re not only reducing our environmental impact but also celebrating the rich flavours and traditions that make our home in the South West unique.

FIELD & FARM
From the Tenderstem of Castle Dean in St Columb to hand-picked rhubarb from the fields of Fox Farm in Penzance, every ingredient we use is selected for its quality and freshness. It’s food you can feel good about – fresh from the field and straight to your fork.
Think grass-fed beef reared on Cornish farms, supplied to us by Brian Etherington, or clotted cream with extra ooze from our partners at Trewithen Dairy. We champion local – which means shorter supply chains and lower food miles. Our food is full of flavour and prepared with care.

FROM THE OCEAN
Sourced from the waters surrounding our home in the South West, and through trusted suppliers like Mathew Stevens, we ensure the seafood we use is sustainably caught. Whether it’s fresh crab or day-boat sea bass, our seafood-inspired menus reflect the quality and character of our coastal heritage.
