We’re proud to champion apprenticeships as a powerful way to learn, grow and thrive. With over 50 apprentices currently developing their careers across 26 subject areas – from GCSE to Master’s level – we’re building talent from the ground up. In 2024 alone, 37 of our apprentices completed their programmes, with many now thriving in our managed pubs and beyond.
To celebrate their achievements, we host events throughout National Apprenticeship Week, including our own annual awards, because their progress is worth celebrating.
